This year's spring conferences tackles "The Risk of Repetition: Precarious Continuities in Religion and Elsewhere". Faculty members and doctoral researchers of the IGS, guest speakers and researchers of the Max Weber Centre will contribute to the questions about social order as result of repeated (ritual) practices, or the relation of repeated actions recalling meaning and significance or empty of meaning and signifciance.
Hjördis Becker-Lindenthal (Cambridge), Rüdiger Görner (London), and Manuel Stetter (Tübingen) are invited speakers. More information here.
