The sociologist Lena Spickermann, who started her PhD-project on Viola Klein in October, has been awarded the prize for excellent Master's theses by the "Women's and Gender Studies" section of the German Sociological Association (DSG). Congratulations on this achievement!
The prize was awarded to Ms Spickermann at the section's annual conference on 16/17 November 2023 in Osnabrück. She gave a lecture on the topic of her master's thesis „Der weibliche Charakter als Gegenstand moderner Wissenschaften. Viola Klein: Vernachlässigte Wegbereiterin der Wissenssoziologie und der Geschlechterforschung“.
